Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Kosh Club membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership has been activated. We encourage all applicants to carefully review membership details before completing payment.
2. Cancellation Within 7 Days
If you have paid for membership but have not yet activated or used any member benefits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. To request, email refunds@kosh.club with your membership details.
3. Declined Applications
If your membership application is declined by Kosh Club after payment, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
4. Membership Revocation
If membership is revoked due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
5. Renewals
Annual membership renewals are non-refundable. Members are notified 30 days before renewal. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
6. Process
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method. For queries, contact refunds@kosh.club.
