1. Membership Terms
Kosh Club membership is subject to eligibility criteria and approval by Kosh Club at its sole discretion. Membership is non-transferable and personal to the approved member. Kosh Club reserves the right to revoke membership for breach of these terms or conduct unbecoming of the club's standards.
2. Fees & Payments
Annual membership fees are payable in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Kosh Club reserves the right to revise membership fees with 30 days' notice to existing members.
3. Benefits & Services
Member benefits are subject to availability and partner terms. Kosh Club makes no guarantee that specific benefits or partner offers will remain available throughout a membership period. Benefits may be added, modified, or withdrawn at any time.
4. Member Conduct
Members agree to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all Kosh Club events and within the member community. Sharing of exclusive member content, deal flow information, or community conversations outside the club is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kosh Club's liability to any member shall not exceed the annual membership fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership or use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
